Manchester United put in a near faultless display away at Real Madrid to take a very useful and realistically impressive 1-1 to Old Trafford; passing what Sir Alex Ferguson described beforehand as the side’s “Acid Test”.

    Glad Fergie’s gone he didn’t sign Messi or Bale we needed a striker cos Van Persie’s not up to it

    I’ve been a United fan all my life but I haven’t actually gone to a game yet so hopefully moyes will get our arses into gear for when I travel from Asia to see my first game.
